Association of Indiana Conservancy Districts Elects New Director From Avon

Avon, IN - May 6, 2004 - William Holland, Avon, has been elected as a Director and Vice President of the Utility Division, of the Association of Indiana Conservancy Districts at the Annual Meeting held on May 6, 2004 at the Garrison at Ft. Harrison State Park in Indianapolis.

The Association is an organization that exists to respond to the concerns of the approximately 75 active utility or watershed Conservancy Districts throughout the State of Indiana.

As a Director of the Utility Division, Mr. Holland will be responsible for assisting in recommending legislation, keeping abreast of developing needs of Indiana Conservancy Districts and cooperating with state and federal agencies, universities and institutions in carrying out individual Conservancy District programs.

Mr. Holland is currently serving as Chairman of the West Central Conservancy District, a wastewater treatment district serving Washington Township and an active member of the Association of Indiana Conservancy Districts.
