Auto Pay Directions

The auto-pay option allows customers to use their credit/debit cards or their bank account to pay their wastewater bill. There is no fee associated with this service.

To associate account to your user profile:

1. Look up your utility bill using the Sewer Payments lookup
2. On the Account Information page, choose 'Click Here' to save this account to your user profile for quick reference in the future
3. In My Account, the account will be saved each time you login

To register for AutoPay:

1. In My Account, select ‘Enroll in AutoPay’
2. On the next page, click 'add a payment method'
3. Fill out both the General Information & card or bank information
4. Click Save Changes
5. Click Save Changes again on the next screen
