| A. | The project will be submitted to the District Engineer who will perform a wastewater capacity charge calculation for the proposed project utilizing general average daily flow calculation factors prescribed by amended 327 IAC 3. The calculation will result in the number of EDU's (Equivalent Dwelling Units) for the project. Each EDU is charged a System Development Charge plus an Inspection Fee of $250.00. Effective July 1, 2004 and adjusted each January 1 thereafter, the following System Development Charges apply per each EDU: 2004 $3,900 2005 $4,033 2006 $4,170 2007 $4,312 2008 $4,459 2009 $4,611 2010 $4,768 2011 $4,930 2012 $5,098 2013 $5,271 2014 $5,450 Options for payment of the fees are provided in documents in this website. System Development Charges are required to be paid or, if meeting the requirements, under contract at the time the IDEM Allocation Letter is issued. There are additional reimbursable charges that also apply to the project such as District Engineer review of the project, District construction inspection and line testing, line cleaning, etc. prior to the line being approved for acceptance by the District. |
